Activity details
Day 1: Labuan Bajo-Denge Village– Waerebo Village (L,D)

Pick you up from discussable meeting point (hotel or Harbor or Airport) at 07.00 am then drive to Denge village for 4-5 hours. We will stop for taking pictures on the way. The best view and panorama already waiting for your visit. We will pass rice terrace, mountains, forests, and villages. On arrival in Denge village, we take local motor taxi to the starting point for trekking to Wae Rebo village. Trekking will take around 2-3 hours (depends on body endurance) from Denge (valley) to the top (Waerebo Village). It is highly recommended that the participants are in physically good condition. Arriving at Wae Rebo village, participants will be served by welcoming ceremony in the chief’s house continued by seeing and experiencing local community’s everyday life. Dinner and staying overnight at Mbaru Niang which is Waerebo traditional circular cone-shaped houses with very unique architecture. Wae Rebo is very isolated by the mountains, full of spirit and very unique architect of houses. Wae rebo is also the last remaining traditional village in Manggarai with it’s conical shaped old traditional houses; where the traditional way of life is still intact.

Morning, we descend to Denge Village for 3 hours. arrive in Denge Village,  we will having lunch then drive directly to Labuan Bajo then we drop you off to your hotel.
