Car Rental Terms and Conditions for Rent Car in Labuan Bajo.
  1. Cancellation of orders less than 2×24 hours will be charge 50% of total price.
  2. Price includes petrol, driver, parking fee, driver’s food and driver’s lodging per night.
  3. Maximum Capacity this type of Car is 4 pax plus baggage.
  4. Payment is made at least 3 days in advance of 50% and the balance must be paid on the first day.
  5. There is always an empty run day for pickup at (or returning from) Ende or Maumere. c.g.: If you rents for 3 days, it means payment for 4 days. This policy applies to Overland only.
  6. Overland travel routes, please inform and discuss since ordering because routes also greatly affect additional costs due to road conditions, distance and length of trip.
  7. Our driver is only allowed to drive from 5 am to 7 pm for the safety.
  8. The Charter price above applies throughout the year for both high/peak season and low season.
